Masks Are Now Optional for Clients
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we want to keep you informed about Village Vet’s policies and safety measures. We are pleased to announce that our veterinary clinic is making adjustments to our mask policy. We understand that many of you have been fully vaccinated and that COVID-19 restrictions have evolved significantly.
Here are the key changes:
- Staff Mask Policy:
We are happy to share that staff will no longer be required to wear masks within the clinic. Our employees will continue to prioritize cleanliness, hand hygiene, and other safety measures to provide you with the best care for your pets.
- Client Mask Policy:
Masks are optional for clients visiting our clinic. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, you are welcome to do so. We respect your choice and will provide a safe and accommodating environment, regardless of your decision regarding masks.
If you are feeling ill with COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you make arrangements for another person to bring your pet to the clinic.
- Continuing Safety Measures:
While we are easing the mask requirements, please be assured that our clinic remains committed to maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety. We will continue regular disinfection of all high-touch surfaces and provide hand sanitizer for your use.
Your health and safety, along with the health and well-being of your pets, remain our top priorities. If you have any specific concerns or requests, please don’t hesitate to share them with our staff. We are here to ensure your experience at our clinic is both comfortable and safe.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during these times of change. We look forward to continuing to provide the best possible care for your beloved pets, and we are grateful for your trust in us.
